The hapless Oakland A’s have won two whole games in a row shortly after announcing plans to build a new stadium in Las Vegas, a proposal yet to be approved by local legislators. Their attendance in Oakland has been dismal but Dan isn’t convinced moving to Vegas is going to improve matters. It’s unlikely anybody living in Vegas wants to watch this abysmal squad take the field any more than Oakland residents do, which is not much at all.
Dan Patrick: “Unless you’re going to go to the A’s game and they’re going to make it fun to gamble, I just don’t know why you..? Nobody in Oakland wants to see them, but in Vegas they’re going to want to go see them?”
