Andy and Mike caught up with former NFL Defensive Back and NFL Network Analyst, Solomon Wilcots. Solomon talked about the AFC & NFC Title games and says in Seattle, it'll be all about trench warfare.

Solomon Wilcots: "This is a game about trench warfare... This game's gonna be won at the line of scrimmage, on both sides of the ball. However, Seattle has not allowed a first quarter touchdown except for one time, all season long. Can you imagine that? That means they usually get on top, because they don't give up points. And Russell Wilson, he's very good at protecting the football and he can rely on Marshawn Lynch. He's not a fumbler, Marshawn Lynch is tough to tackle... I just believe that the defense and being in that environment, makes it very difficult for opposing teams to really operate at maximum capacity."
